Liability Agreement for Transportation Services
Effective Date: November 1, 2025 and ongoing
By booking or using our transportation services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Assumption of Risk
You understand and accept that travel involves inherent risks, including delays, traffic conditions, weather-related issues, and other factors outside of the service provider’s control.
2. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The transportation provider is not liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or delays arising from circumstances beyond their control.
The transportation provider’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transportation service in question.
3. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information
Be on time at designated locations
Follow all safety instructions provided by the driver
Wear seatbelts when available
4. Personal Belongings
The transportation provider is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the vehicle.
5. Behavior & Safety
The provider may refuse service to any passenger whose behavior creates a safety concern or violates applicable laws or policies.
6. Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the transportation provider, its drivers, and staff against any claims or expenses resulting from your misuse of the service or violations of this agreement.
7. Agreement
By booking or using the transportation service, you confirm that you have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms outlined in this Liability Agreement.
